Enterprise Terms of Service
Terms governing access and use of the SecurMatch Geo Intelligence platform.
1. Scope of the Service
SecurMatch is a Geo Intelligence platform developed and operated by VISAC Technologies Srl.
The platform enables organizations to correlate OSINT information, customer-provided maritime data, distributed assets, routes and supply chain information in order to support operational security and risk management activities.
SecurMatch provides intelligence support and visualization capabilities. It does not replace the professional judgment of security, risk or operational teams.
2. Authorized Use
Access to SecurMatch is reserved for authorized users belonging to the customer organization.
Users agree to:
- use the platform only for legitimate business, security and risk management purposes;
- protect authentication credentials and access information;
- avoid unauthorized access attempts or misuse of platform functionality;
- not reverse engineer, copy or extract proprietary algorithms or security models.
3. Data Sources and Provider-Agnostic Architecture
SecurMatch may integrate information from:
- public OSINT sources;
- customer-authorized maritime data providers;
- customer-owned datasets;
- compatible external data sources configured for the customer environment.
SecurMatch does not require customers to purchase a specific maritime data subscription. Existing customer contracts with compatible providers may be connected through supported integrations.
4. Customer Data and Asset Information
Customer-provided information, including asset locations, operational data and configuration parameters, remains the property of the customer.
VISAC Technologies does not sell customer information or use customer operational data for commercial purposes unrelated to providing the service.
5. Security and Tenant Isolation
SecurMatch is designed according to security-by-design principles.
- logical tenant separation;
- encrypted communications;
- controlled access management;
- audit logging capabilities.
Additional deployment models, including dedicated environments, On-Premise or restricted network deployments, may be evaluated depending on customer requirements.
6. Pilot Access
Pilot environments may be provided to evaluate SecurMatch capabilities before entering into a commercial agreement.
Pilot access is limited to the agreed evaluation scope and timeframe.
VISAC Technologies may suspend or terminate Pilot access in case of misuse, security risks or violation of these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All software components, interfaces, scoring methodologies, analytical models and proprietary technologies forming part of SecurMatch remain the intellectual property of VISAC Technologies Srl.
No ownership rights are transferred to customers through the use of the platform.
8. Service Availability
VISAC Technologies works to maintain service availability and operational continuity.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance activities, infrastructure updates or circumstances outside reasonable control.
9. Limitation of Liability
SecurMatch provides intelligence support based on available information sources and configured analytical models.
Customers remain responsible for operational decisions, security actions and risk management processes based on the information provided by the platform.
10. Updates to these Terms
VISAC Technologies may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, technology or applicable regulations.
